Tubes
Due to the outstanding properties of fluoroplastics, it will be extremely difficult to identify alternative materials within a reasonable time frame. We have therefore taken appropriate precautionary measures.
We are convinced that not all current fluoroplastic applications require the maximum properties of the plastic used. In several cases, we have already succeeded in replacing fluoroplastics with alternative materials.
We have put together a sample program of potential alternative tubes that can be tested in the respective applications. These include PA, PE, and PP, for example.

Flares made from alternative materials:
In addition to their excellent chemical and thermal properties, fluoroplastics are also very easy to process. Flares for sealing and fastening tubes are more difficult to produce in other materials. Thanks to our many years of experience in processing these materials, we can manufacture them without any problems.
Connecting tubing components and fittings:
Connecting components such as Luer connectors can be attached to the tubing by injection molding or gluing. This is even easier to achieve with the materials mentioned above than with fluoroplastics.
